Services are non-medical, arranged in advance and subject to suitability, consent and availability. We do not provide nursing, medical treatment, medication administration, personal-care procedures or emergency response. All services are intended for independently mobile customers. Transport and parking outside the agreed local service area are extra with prior approval.

Does iamthere provide nursing or medical care?
No. iamthere provides non-medical companionship and everyday assistance only. We do not provide nursing, clinical procedures, medication administration, personal-care procedures or emergency response.
Who can use the service?
Our initial services are intended for independently mobile adults who can participate in everyday activities without lifting, transfer or clinical assistance. Suitability is discussed before confirming a booking.
Can family members receive updates?
Yes. With the customer's knowledge and permission, we can share agreed visit updates with designated family contacts.
Can I request the same companion?
You may request the same companion for repeat visits. This is subject to availability and confirmation.
Do you cover areas outside Siliguri?
Siliguri is our initial operating base. Wider-area requests may be considered by prior arrangement, subject to local availability and travel costs.
